By accessing or using the Binesh Reply dashboard and automation services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must cease using the Service immediately.

Binesh Reply is a software tool designed to help users automate responses to comments and messages on social media platforms including:
- Meta Platforms: Instagram, Facebook, Threads
- Google Platforms: YouTube
Note: We provide the dashboard and logic; you provide the connection to your social accounts via API tokens.
3. Platform Compliance & Third-Party APIs
Our Service relies on public APIs provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. and Google LLC.

Automated interactions (commenting, DMing) are strictly monitored by social media platforms. Binesh Reply is not responsible for any actions taken against your accounts.
This includes shadowbans, temporary restrictions, or permanent suspensions resulting from your automation settings.
5. User Conduct
To maintain the integrity of our service, you agree NOT to:
- Send spam or unsolicited marketing.
- Post harassment, hate speech, or illegal content.
- Violate privacy or intellectual property rights.
Abusive usage patterns will result in immediate termination of access.
6. Subscription & Payments
- Basic Plan: Provided as-is with limited features.
- Pro Plan: Unlocks advanced features (e.g., YouTube Automation) for a subscription fee (e.g., $12/year).
- Refunds: All sales are final. Refunds are granted only at our discretion for unresolved technical failures.
7. Data & Privacy
We respect your privacy. Your API Access Tokens are stored in a secure database instance and used solely to execute your configured tasks. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
8. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
